2. How do you deliver the items?
There are three ways to deliver your requested item.
1) I will contact you via game, IM or email to arrange for
time to complete the delivery once payment has been accepted.
2) You can send paypal, then IM us through the messenger link and we should
reply you where to meet us and we can finish the delivery if the status shows
that we are online.
3) You can send me a delivery time via EMAIL after you've paid (remember to
include your character name in game, server that you are on and time. I'll
email you back confirming the email time.
3. When can I expect the delivery
after I made an order?
We will try our best to deliver the item as soon as possible. If you
are verified Paypal account holder and have provided all the necessary
information, such as character name, we will contact you to arrange for
delivery. Usually, you will receive the items within 1 to 2 working days.
4. Ive not received the item since
I paid last week. Whats wrong?
Delivery of the items will be delayed IF:
1) You are an unverified paypal account holder. We are waiting for your account
to be verified. Delivery will be made once your account is verified.
2) Your E-check is still not cleared yet. It can take up to a 4 business day
for the funds to be cleared. Delivery will be made after payment has cleared.
3) Insufficient or wrong information is provided. For example, you did not
include your in-game character name or you gave the wrong name or wrong server.
Delivery can only be made until the right information is given.
5. Where do you deliver to?
We will deliver to any character and server that you are on in game.
For Shadowbane, we can summon you to khar in any servers for delivery.
6. You have stopped talking to me
in game or over AIM/ICQ/MSN/Email during a delivery. What's wrong?
Please rest assured that if we have stopped communicating with you, it
is due to our Internet connection that was disconnected due to some reasons.
When this happens, it is impossible for us to contact you or meet you until the
connection was resumed. To help you, there is an indicator on our website that
will let you know if we are online or not. Simply contact us again when we are
back online.

deliver right now?
If we are online, YES! If we are not online and it is very critical
